Is easy to do with some
Even those who don't believe everything
heard
An act of human relations
Is as simple as this
Yet, some hold money higher
And the fear of loss they can't resist
To betray an honesty
Is the most silent way to kill
And leave a shell of a person behind
Who has always seen good will
An act that leaves scars unseen
On a heart that has always believed
That lying is not an option
And that truth is forever perceived
The betrayal of this bond
Is very condemning and harsh
The cruelest of acts
Destroying a trusting heart
